Thompson’s Ultra B is a high potency B Complex with a selection of key nutrients and herbs designed specifically to aid the body in dealing with stress. Ultra B supplements the body’s normal requirements plus those additional needs bought about as a result of modern demands. This comprehensive formula contains the herbs valerian, passionflower and skullcap. Western herbalists have used these medicinal plants for centuries to help the body cope more efficiently with stress. Valerian is a nervous system relaxant and sedative, easing anxiety and tension and aiding sleep, passionflower is a gentle sedative herb for the whole nervous and muscular system and skullcap helps to calm a busy overworked mind and body.
Use
One tablet twice a day (with food) or as advised by your health professional.
