Paranit is composed of 1 virgin oil and 2 essential oils. The anise oils and coconut penetrate the airways of the head lice, which means they can no longer breathe and die from suffocation and dehydration.
Because of this mechanical action lice can not develop immunity to Paranit. The Ylang Ylang oil is used for its soothing and calming effect on the skin.
The spray format allows meticulous diffusion of Paranit over the hair as the particles are spread in very fine droplets, thus reaching and killing lice much better than cream.
