Natures Own Menocare Tablets contain Lifenol, a proprietary ingredient that may help relieve menopausal hot flushes and other menopausal symptoms.
Also includes Schizandra, traditionally used in Chinese herbal medicine to help relieve mild anxiety and irritability.
The B vitamins in this formula assist energy levels.
Lifenol extracts have been scientifically researched for menopausal symptoms. Lifenol provides a rich source of 8-PN (8- prenylnaringen) which has demonstrated high oestrogenic activity in in-vitro testing.
Oestrogen levels naturally decline during menopause which is linked to many menopausal symptoms. Schizandra is a herb used in Traditional Chinese Medicine that may help to relieve mild anxiety and irritability, and relieve stress.
Recommended adult dosage Take 2 tablets daily with your morning meal or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
When may I feel the effects? The severity and duration of menopausal symptoms vary depending on the body's hormonal response times. It may take 6-8 weeks at the recommended dosage for true results to be assessed.
Each Natures Own MenoCare tablet contains: Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1) 10mg, Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) 10mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 10mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10mg, Folic acid 99mcg, LifenolŪ (Humulus lupulus) extract equivalent to flower dry 2000mg (2g), Schizandra chinensis extract equivalent to fruit dry 750mg

For New Zealand orders with a value below $75 we apply a flat rate delivery charge of NZD4.95. NZ orders with a value above $75 are subject to free shipping.
