Beneficial for those who suffer from stress, cramps in the night, muscle spasms and those who regularly exercise as they tend to use up their body's Magnesium reserves quicker than others. Menstrual cramps are very common during menstruation, and affect most women at one time or another. These cramps vary in intensity and usually last from a few hours to several days and ease as the cycle progresses. Magnesium & Cramp Bark Max is a high potency anti-spasmodic formula that is beneficial for muscular cramps and spasms of all kinds, relieving nervous tension and general aches and pains.
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily (best before bed) or as directed by your Health Care Professional

MEDICINE INTERACTIONS: If taking tetracycline or quinolene antibiotics separate doses by at least 2 hours. Magnesium may reduce absorption and efficacy of these medications. If taking prescription medication or if in doubt, consult your Health Care Professional.
