Martin and Pleasance Restless Legs Relief is a specific combination of homeopathics and Schuessler Tissue Salts that addresses each of the symptoms associated with restless legs.The formula balances the nervous system, reduces the urge to constantly move or 'pulse' the legs, reduces nightly aggravation, eases cramps and the tingling, crawling sensations associated with the syndrome. Restless Legs Syndrome, night twitches or tingling sensations in the limbs affect more than 5% of the population, with the majority of those being women, restless legs occurs during the day, however, it is more noticeable at night. The symptoms are generally aggravated by lying still which can prevent the sufferer from achieving a good night's sleep.
