Recommended Adult dosage: Take one or two tablets with water 30 minutes before each meal. Maximum daily dose is 6 tablets. Suggested programme: Take new and improved FatBlaster for the initial 12 weeks of your weight control program increasing the dosage gradually. From the 12th week onwards, replace with the New and Improved FatBlaster Max formula.

Caffeine if taken in large amounts (500mg or over) can be addictive. For New Zealand orders with a value below $75 we apply a flat rate delivery charge of NZD4.95. NZ orders with a value above $75 are subject to free shipping.
