Use

Adults and children over 12 years: One sleepgel at bedtime if needed, or as directed by your doctor. These are for temporary use only. Do Not exceed recommended dosage.

Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride capsules 50mg

This preparation may cause drowsiness and may increase the effects of alcohol. If affected, do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 7 to 10 consecutive nights, consult your doctor.
