Thompsons restful sleep comprises six sedating herbs in an extremely effective formula, that offers a reliable, non-habit forming solution to disturbed sleep patterns. It is free from side effects that often accompany the use of drug based alternatives. Restful sleep acts not only as a calming agent, to soothe nervous conditions and muscle cramps, all of which inhibit an adequate nights sleep, but also supplies herbs specifically indicated in insomnia, which can actively promote a good night's sleep.
Use
Adults: take one to two tablets (one hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
