Information - Thompsons Phyto Sleep Capsules
Thompsons Phyto Sleep Capsules speed sleep onset and encourage sleep maintenance. It is useful for insomnia and other sleep disturbances, for the relief of anxiety and tension and to reduce muscular aches.Valerian is a widely used sedative herb that promotes sleep. In combination with Kava Kava and Passion Flower, both with calming properties, this Valerian-based combination aids a good night's sleep without the risk of unpleasant side-effects.
Standardised herbal extracts retain all the chemical complexity of the herb from which they are derived, and offer the added advantage of guaranteed levels of key constituents.
Use
Adults - 1-2 capsules, one hour before bedtime, or as professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) 267mg standardised extract, 0.89% valerenic acids 1200 mg
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 20mg extract 100 mg 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan from Griffonia Simplicifolia)
