Thompsons Omega 3 Salmon Oil - 50 Capsules
Thompson's Reflux-Free Salmon Oil capsules can now be swallowed or even chewed without any fish burps afterwards! In fact the soft capsules can be squeezed into water or juice - an ideal dosage form for young children. Other standard fish oil supplements create a fishy-smelling reflux that can last up to 2 hours afterwards. As an additional masking agent, natural orange oil has been added to give a pleasant flavour to the capsules. The orange in this formulation is 100% natural orange derived from cold pressed Australian Valencia oranges.
Thanks to a remarkably low incidence of heart disease among Eskimo people (despite high fat intake) science has looked into the cardio protective effects of fish oils and uncovered many other health benefits. The flesh of deep-sea fish such as salmon contains high amounts of the therapeutically active Omega 3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These essential fatty acids play a key role in a range of body processes from regulating blood pressure to assisting with inflammation.
Use
Adults - Take 1-2 capsules three times daily (with food) or as professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
Fish Oil - Natural (Salmon) 1000mg, Supplying not less than 300mg of Omega 3 polyunsaturates: 180mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 120 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)
Important Notes
Use with caution in bleeding disorders. Do not take more than the label dosage (6000mg) without consulting with a natural health practitioner. Stop this supplement 2 weeks prior to surgery.
