Information - Optifast VLCD Chocolate Milkshake Sachets
Optifast VLCD is a meal replacement product for those serious about weight loss. VLCD stands for Very Low Calorie Diet. It's also very different to the products you might find in a supermarket because it is scientifically designed and clinically proven. Optifast VLCD is designed for those with a BMI over 27. Optifast VLCD is designed to be used as a total diet replacement for 12 weeks and then you make a gradual transition back to normal meals.
Use
Mix One sachet of Optifast with 200ml of cold or warm water.Stir, blend or shake to dissolve. Drink One sachet as a replacement for a meal three times daily for 12 weeks. It is important to drink at least 2 litres of fluid per day also.
