Optifast VLCD Chocolate Dessert

Optifast VLCD Chocolate Dessert provides restricted calories to assist weight loss. Replace all meals with three sachets (54g) per day. Additionally, 2L or calorie free fluids and 2 cups of low starch, green vegetables should be consumed. 

Very Low Calorie Diet: Replace 1 - 3 meals with 1 - 3 sachets per day. Additionally, consume at least 2L of water and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances well being and the likelihood of success. This diet must be done under medical spervision.

May contain traces of egg and or nuts. Contains lactose and sodium saccharin. Gluten-free.

Who should not take the OPTIFAST® VLCD™ Program? Persons with acute cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease, renal disease, hepatic disease, juvenile onset diabetes, porphyria or overt psychosis. The use of the OPTIFAST® VLCD™ program is also contraindicated in pregnancy, lactation and is not recommended for children below the age of 18 years and people over the age of 65 years.
