Nemidon All Black n Blue

All Black 'n Blue is a fast acting, non greasy, natural gel that assists in the treatment of acute injuries, bruising and swelling from impact injuries and arthritic joints. It also provides temporary relief from muscular inflammation, aches and pains. The natural plant extracts penetrate deeply to provide a cool and soothing sensation. If you use it immediately after strenuous exercise it will help to relieve stiffness in muscles and joints and it is ideal to use in conjunction with RICE (Rest/Ice/Compression/Elevation) treatment.

Apply liberally to affected areas.Massage gently in a circular motion. Repeat every 2 hours for the first 24 hours then every 4 hours for the next 3 days. Ideally use with ice treatment.

Do not use a heating pad or a tight bandage. Do not use on open wounds or sensitive areas. Do not use near the eyes.
