How Natures Own MenoSleep works Contains Zizyphus, traditionally used in Chinese Herbal medicine to provide a calming effect and may help you get to sleep and stay asleep;
It may also help to relieve excessive sweating and night sweats
Also includes Lifenol, a proprietary ingredient that may help to relieve menopausal hot flushes and other menopausal symptoms
Irregular sleeping patterns can be associated with menopause. Natures Own MenoSleep has been formulated to help ease the night-time symptoms of menopause.
Lifenol extracts have been scientifically researched for menopausal symptoms. Lifenol provides a rich source of 8-PN (8- prenylnaringenin) which has demonstrated high oestrogenic activity in in-vitro studies. Oestrogen levels naturally decline during menopause which is linked to many menopausal symptoms
Use
Recommended adult dosage Take 2 tablets daily half an hour before retiring or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If wake during the night, then one additional tablet can be taken.
When may I feel the effects? The severity and duration of menopausal symptoms vary depending on the body's hormonal response times. It may take 6-8 weeks at the recommended dosage for true results to be assessed.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains Lifenol (Humulus lupulus) extract equivalent to flower dry 2000mg (2g), Zizyphus spinosa extract equivalent to seed dry 4500mg (4.5g)
