Natures Own Flaxseed Oil helps in the prevention of constipation, aiding digestion and increasing stamina. Promotes general health and well-being. Flaxseed is a vegetable source of omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are an important part of a healthy diet and may be beneficial to cell structure. Flaxseed Oil may reduce the stickiness of blood and help maintain blood circulation. Flaxseed Oil is the most potent natural source of alpha linoleic acid (LNA), an Omega 3 essential fatty acid which our bodies need to maintain health. LNA can be converted in the body to EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid), the therapeutic Omega 3 found in fish oil. This makes Flaxseed Oil a truly vegetable source of the Omega 3 fatty acid group. This highly nutritious oil has many traditional and modern therapeutic applications including preventing constipation, increasing stamina, aiding digestion (especially of dietary fats), maintaining the integrity of all cell membranes, and promoting general health and well being.
