Information - NFS Super Fat Metaboliser
Super Fat Metaboliser is NFS's premium stimulant free weight management formula. It does not contain thermogenic ingredients so can be used by people sensitive to caffeine or thermogenic formulas. Supporting the thyroid, pancreas, metabolic rate and the ability to use fat stores as energy during exercise are vital to successful weight management.
Super Fat Metaboliser burns excess fat, boosts energy from fat stores being released, optimizes thyroid function and optimizes metabolism. It also boosts endurance capacity and performance and preserves lean muscle tissue. This product can assist your body in utilising fat as energy, in addition to your carbohydrate and protein stores. Because the formula is completely natural, no negative after-effects are experienced.
Use
3-4 capsules per day. For best effect take 2 capsules 1-3 hours prior to exercise. For an added effect take two additional capsules first thing in the morning (or in the afternoon if exercising in the morning.) Always take on an empty stomach. If you can, try and do your fat burning exercise in the morning (in which case you take your 2 capsules upon rising) on an empty stomach as this can increase your metabolism by as much as 20% for the rest of the day. Not eating after 7pm in the evening also adds to the effectiveness of your progress. Eat more often, 5-6 smaller meals, spread throughout the day. Keep your protein intake high and carbohydrates (high in starch - potatoes/bread/pasta/rice) relatively low.
