Good Health Flaxofibre Organic Flax Fibre Powder provides both soluble and insoluble fibre from organic flax seeds to gently assist bowel regularity and digestive health, and support cardiovascular health by managing blood cholesterol levels.
FlaxOFibre also provides protein and omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids making it an ideal addition to your daily diet to promote overall health and wellbeing. The average modern diet often provides less than the recommended daily intake of fibre. Diets low in fibre have been linked to numerous health problems.
Use
Adults - Mix 1.5 to 2 (5ml measuring) teaspoons into a 250mlglass of water or juice and drink immediately before fibre settles.Children: 6-12 years: Mix 1/2 to 1 (5ml measuring) teaspoon thoroughly into a 250ml glass of water or juice and drink immediately before fibre settles. FlaxOFibre may also be mixed with fruit smoothies or cereals.
