This Tennis Elbow Support is designed to help provide relief from generalized pain and tenderness in the forearm and elbow caused by any activities requiring a strong grip or active finger movement. Its use is not limited to tennis players.

To Wear: Pull Velcro® brand hook through buckle so that the blue Tendon Pad™ is facing inside of support, creating a loop. With Velcro® tab facing away from the body, slide the brace up the forearm. Position the Tendon Pad™ and secure the brace directly below the elbow toward the outside of the forearm, or as directed by a physician. Tighten the strap until the fit is snug, yet comfortable.

Care: Close Velcro® brand fastener before washing. Hand wash in cold water and mild soap; wrap in towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring); air dry; do not dry clean or tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener.
