This formula contains a synergistic blend of herbs and nutrients that give excellent support to your diet and exercise plan. FatBlaster can help you eat less by suppressing your appetite. Dietary Fatblaster includes:
Chitosan - A form of fibre considered to help prevent fat from being absorbed by the body.
Psyllium Husk - Absorbs fluid and swells up in your stomach making you feel full and thus suppressing your appetite.
Gymnema Sylvestre - has been traditionally used to suppress sugar cravings.
Guarana - The well-known Amazonian herb containing caffeine, the stimulant that may reduce apetite and act as a mild diuretic.
Brindleberry - containing Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) which may help to reduce the conversion of carbohydrates into stored fat as well as helping to reduce appetite.
Bitter Orange - A fruit
Use
Take Two tablets per meal. Maximum daily dose is 8 tablets.

Important Notes
Should not be taken when pregnant, during lactation or if suffering from any heart condition. Should be taken an hour before or after any other supplements or medication as Chitosan may inhibit bio-activity. Not recommended for any kind of shellfish allergy sufferers.
