Size contains a unique blend of ingredients which include Bitter Orange Extract to stimulate and speed up metabolism, Caffeine to increase energy output, Garcinia Cambogia to suppress appetite, 5HTP to increase serotonin levels and give you a sense of well-being and happiness, and a selection of Amino Acids designed to assist the body to use energy from fat cells and preserve muscle. Use
Morning: Take one Downsize Red day capsule before breakfast with a large glass of water. Consume a normal breakfast, Taking care to avoid foods with a high fat or sugar content.
Lunchtime: Take one Downsize Red day capsule with a large glass of water about an hour after lunch. You may then find a reduced desire to snack during the afternoon which is a normal healthy occurrence.
Evening: Take one Downsize Blue night capsule with a large glass of water before you go to bed. The Downsize night capsule is designed to support a healthy sleep pattern.
