Information - Clinicians Mood Tonic
Clinicians Mood Tonic is a nutrient combination designed to support healthy brain and neurotransmitter function. Many vitamins, minerals and botanicals are available for the support balanced moods. While these substances have been shown to be helpful for supporting low mood, care should be taken when using them alongside conventional medication and professional advice should be sought beforehand. Nutritional supplements containing 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) and St. John's Wort have shown to be highly effective in supporting and balancing moods. 5-HTP is a precursor of the hormone serotonin, which is known to be deficient in some people. St John's Wort might act by preventing the re-uptake of serotonin.
Use
Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily to start. Maintain a dose of 1-2 capsules daily in the long term if required.
