Information - Clinicians Magnesium Aspartate 125mg Capsules
To provide nutrient support in cases of suspected magnesium deficiency. Magnesium may also act synergistically with other nutrients to enhance their action. Clinians range offers 2 forms of magnesium, Magnesium aspartate capsules and Magnesium chloride solution. Magnesium aspartate may be preferred where aspartic acid is required for the proper function of the energy cycles of the cell. Indications for magnesium aspartate use include - muscle cramps, cardiovascular disease, migraine, fibromylagia syndrome and magnesium deficiency
Use
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as directed. As an individual nutrient, the ideal intake for magnesium should be based on bodyweight (6mg/kg).

Important Notes
Individuals with kidney disease or severe heart disease should not take magnesium except as directed. In general magnesium is very well tolerated, however supplementation in some people may cause a looser stool. In such cases take with meals.
