Information - Centrum Multivitamin & Mineral Tablets
Centrum is a multivitamin and mineral supplement which contains a comprehensive range of 27 essential vitamins and minerals. Centrum is a scientifically balanced formula which includes the combined benefits of folic acid, calcium, iron, the key antioxidants (betacarotene, C & E) and zinc.
Use
Take one tablet daily.
Ingredients
Betacarotene 4.5mg, Vit D2 5mcg, Vit E 15mg, Vit B1 1.7mg, Vit B2 1.8mg, Nicotinamide 19mg, Calcium Pantothenate 6.5mg, Pyridoxine 2.4mg, Folic acid 200mcg, Vit B12 2mcg, Vit C 60mcg, Biotin 150mcg, Vit K1 30mcg, Iron 5mg, Calcium 162mg, Magnesium 100mg, Zinc 15mg, Iodine 150mcg, Potassium 40mg, Chromium 25mcg, Manganese 2.5mg, Copper 2mg.
Important Notes
The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU. Taking more than 2500IU during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Selenium is toxic is high doses and shoudld not exceed 100 micrograms per day. Not intended for use in children under 15yrs.
