Information - Blackmores Tranquil Night
A combination of traditional sedative herbs and vitamins for the temporary relief of insomnia and disturbed sleep patterns, without causing morning drowsiness.
Each Tablet contains:
- Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equivalent to dry root - 300 mg
- Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract equivalent to dry fruit - 100 mg
- Avena sativa (Oats) extract equivalent to dry seed - 250 mg
- Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) extract equiv. to dry flowering & fruiting herb - 250 mg
- Nicotinamide - 50 mg
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 10 mg
Use
Adults - Take one to two tablets half an hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed
Children (from 6 years to 12 years) - As professionally prescribed
