Information - Blackmores PhytoLife Plus Soy and Calcium
A soy and calcium supplement to promote good health. Research shows that communities with diets high in isoflavone-rich foods such as tofu, soy and other legumes, enjoy significant health benefits. Calcium is an essential mineral for bone health and integrity.
Use
Adults - Chew or swallow one or two tablets in the morning & night, or as professionally prescribed. Dividing the dosage provides a more constant level of the components of the product, replicating the way these ingredients are assimilated from the diet.
Ingredients
Glycine max (Soya bean) seed powder 550 mg standardised to contain isoflavones 16 mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 720 mg equivalent to elemental calcium 167 mg
Important
If taking biphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics or thyroid hormones separate doses by at least 2 hours. Consult your healthcare professional before use if taking verapamil and/or warfarin.
