Use
Adults - Take one Blackmores mens Performance Multi tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children (under 15 years) - Not suitable for children under 15 years.

Important Notes
Selenium is toxic in high doses. Selenium in dietary supplements should not exceed a daily dose of 100mcg. If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, magnesium and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of these medications.
