Information - Blackmores CoQ 10
A powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger. CoQ10 is a vital nutrient for many biochemical reactions including the regulation of conversion of food into energy. It also increases the body's capacity for oxygen uptake. CoQ10 is a natural vitamin-like substance that acts as a catalyst to the production of energy from foods. CoQ10 reduces oxidation of LDL cholesterol and assists in maintaining heart health, in particular heart muscle function.
Use
Adults - Take one to three capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Children (under 12 years) - As professionally prescribed.
