Information - Blackmores Back Formula
Blackmores Back Formula provides a natural approach for back discomfort. It contains a research based extract of herb devil's claw that may help to relieve lower back discomfort. It can also help with muscular tension and stiffness. Devil's Claw is native to eastern and southern Africa and is traditionally used to support tension & stiffness. Blackmores has used a premium extract of Devil's Claw in its Back Formula which supports relaxation and recovery for tense and stiff muscles in the back, neck and shoulders. The formula is well tolerated and suitable for daily use. Back stiffness can be related to postural issues such as standing in a slumped position, sitting hunched over a computer or steering wheel, or sleeping on a mattress that is too soft. Over time, poor posture causes tension in the bands of muscle surrounding the spine (particularly in the curve of the lower back). Those whose job involves a lot of walking or physical labour develop good muscle tone in their backs and legs. People who sit most of the day lose that muscle tone, and their backs are the first place to show it. Exercise regularly to improve your muscular strength, ensure your work station and your vehicle are correctly adjusted for good posture, treat sports injuries and strains promptly and, if need be, consult a remedial body therapist for professional help.
Use
Adults - Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
