Information - Bio Organics L-Lysine Complex
L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that helps to reduce the frequency and severity of cold sore outbreaks as well as relieving their associated symptoms. Vitamin C has been included to help support wound healing and the maintenance of a healthy immune system and healthy skin. Other key nutrients such as Zinc and Vitamin B6 have also been included in this formula.
Use
Take one capsule twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Lysine Hydrochloride 500mg, Zinc Amino Acid Chelate 5mg Equiv Zinc 1mg, Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 54.5mg Equiv. Vitamin C 45mg, Vitamin B3 b3 (Nicotinamide) 50mg, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 10mg equiv. Magnesium 2mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 10mg.
