Batrafen Cream

Batrafen Cream for  the topical treatment of skin fungal infections, caused by dermatophytes, yeasts or moulds, including tinea pedis, tinea cruris and tinea corporis due to Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum and Microsporumcanis, candidiasis due to Candida albicans and tinea (pityriasis) versicolor due to Malassezia furfur.

Cream - apply two or three times daily to the affected areas and rub in gently.
Solution - apply two or three times daily to the affected areas and rub in gently.

Use the medication for the full treatment time. Avoid the use of occlusive dressings, must not be applied to the eyes or used vaginally. Should not be used during pregnancy or lactation without first assessing risk versus benefit.

Active Ingredients: Ciclopirox olamine.

Some people may experience transient itching or burning.
