Information - BLIS Bio Restore
Blis Bio Restore is recommended for use following a course of antibiotics. Antibiotics are an appropriate and effective treatment for many bacterial infections, but as well as eliminating the harmful bacteria, they can also eliminate beneficial bacteria potentially leading to the side-effects associated with antibiotic use. By using Blis Bio Restore within 24 hours of completing a prescribed course of antibiotics you can help ensure that the beneficial bacteria, rather than undesirable micro-organisms, repopulate the body and assist the body's natural defenses in maintaining good ongoing intestinal bacteria. Blis Bio Restore contains the Blis K12 oral probiotic Streptococcus salivarius K12.
Blis Bio Restore is available in a bottle containing 27 grams of Blis Bio Restore powder, which is the equivalent of 12 doses of 2.25mg each. The packaging includes a helpful plastic measuring spoon and the powder can be mixed with water, juice or food.
Use
BLIS Bio Restore should be started within 24 hours of completing an antibiotic course. Use 4 doses per day over three days in order to quickly restore the body's beneficial bacteria.
Simply mix the powder with water or juice or sprinkle on food. A measuring spoon is supplied with the jar. One dose equals one heaped spoonful.
People with a history of susceptibility to intestinal flora disturbances may also find this product useful to take during a course of antibiotics. Use 1 to 2 doses a day, and then complete a further full three-day course after finishing the antibiotic course. When ongoing support is required, use a single dose per day.
Ingredients
BLIS Bio RESTORE contains the beneficial oral bacteria Streptococcus salivarius K12 and three cultures of lactic acid producing intestinal bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus 74-2, HOWARU Bifido (Bifidobacterium lactis), HOWARU Rhamnosus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus).
Other ingredients: Maltodextrin, Trehalose, Vanilla Flavour, Lactitol.
Important Notes
Blis Bio Restore should not be used by persons who are lactose or dairy intolerant.
