Apicare Very Hardworkers Handcreme is a thick beeswax & almond oil formula to repair VERY damaged skin, including skin that is suffering nicks and splits. A really popular crème with florists, builders, nurses etc whose hands are subjected to heavy wear and tear.

Not just for hands, use on dry skin anywhere & on cuticles. Great for using before going to bed so that the creme has all night to work. For heels or hands cover with socks or gloves overnight to maximise moisturisation.

Containing over 50% plant oils, active manuka honey and beeswax, this formulation creates a thick (almost balm like) handcreme which can be rubbed into splits and cracks.
