Thompson's Exclusively Women's Femmefort is a one-a-day high potency multivitamin, mineral and herbal supplement tailored to meet the special requirements of women. Femmefort contains a wide range of nutrients with eleven essential vitamins and six essential minerals, giving particular emphasis to Folic Acid, Calcium and Iron, important during the reproductive years. Femmefort also contains the B Complex vitamins to support the nervous system and powerful antioxidant nutrients, which help to scavenge free radicals generated by pollution and stress.
Use
Adults: Take one tablet a day (with food) or as professionally prescribed.

Important Notes
This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years. Although unsuitable in pregnancy, Femmefort may help supply nutrients, restore hormone balance and encourage breast milk flow in lactating women.
